Madhya Pradesh Tourism Packages MPT

Terms and conditions:
  • For wash & Change if require at arrival point charges@300/- per head would be charged where MP Tourism is not having its Hotels.
  • In case Gypsy safari is not available, Canter vehicle will be provided for sightseeing.
  • Jungle Safari is closed on every Wednesday evening.
  • Optional Gypsy safari as mentioned in itineraries are subject to availability & cost not included in packages.
  • Air/Rail/Bus to-and-fro to be booked by the guest themselves.
  • Child policy-
  • Child is less than 5years – Complimentary;
  • Child is above 5 & below 10 years without extra bed will be charged special discounted tariff.
  • Child above 10 years will be charged equal to extra person.
  • MP Tourism reserves the right to cancel the Tour Program or alter the route, mode of transport, type of accommodation etc. In circumstances beyond its control, maximum liability of MP Tourism shall be limited to the Package Amount paid by the guest.
  • MP Tourism reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Visiting to all sightseeing places are subject to time availability, climatic conditions, law & order situation at the place.
  • Tariff subject to change without prior notice.
  • Minimum 50% payment required at the time of booking and balance 50% to be deposited before 15 days of tour departure.
  • Please carry a valid photo identity card show at the hotel and park safari booking.
  • Booking is non-transferable.
  • Hotel rooms are available on arrival date from 12Noon.
  • Amendment in dates will be treated as cancellation.
  • Minimum 2/4/6 adults required to operate any of above tour.
  • These Package tours will not be operated during prescribed peak season dates of MP Tourism (Mentioned in our tariff card).
