100% Amount require for Rail / Bus / Flight confirmation.

50% Advance of total Package cost (Hotels, Cab, Packages).

Remaining amount must be credited within 7 days before start your journey.

Reservation Policy:
• Rail / Bus / Airways / Accommodation at Hotel, Resort 100% Payment require before booking
• Rent a Car / Bus :-
50% Payment require in Advance and remaining during services used. Packages:
Confirmation of Hotel Rooms/Houseboat is subject to the availability. Confirmation of the Packages is subject to Receipt of 100% payment – 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Rail / Bus / Airways / Accommodation at Hotel, Resort
As per Indian Railways Cancellation policy plus INR 30 per person
As per MSRTC and Bus operators Cancellation policy INR 10 to 20 per person
As per Airways Cancellation and refund policy with INR 100 to 500 per person service charges
As per MTDC / GTDC / RTDC / HPTDC / MPTDC / TCGL or Private Hotel Cancellation policy with 10% Service charges.
Rent – a – Car / Bus :-
Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the journey dates 10% Cancellation.
Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the journey dates 25% Cancellation.
Cancellation within 2 Days prior to the journey date 100% Cancellation.
Packages:-
Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Cancellation
Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Cancellation
Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation or Non Utilization of the same: 100% Cancellation

Other Rules & Regulations
Given quote is subject to change and no reservation has been made, this is only a Proposal
All bookings are subject to availability.
We are not holding any rooms or seats.
Our Rates are net and non commission-able.
Every passenger must be carry a photo- Identity to present at check-in and at the time of booking
Any one of these: Passport, Driving License Voter Id Card or PAN Card, any Id proof issued by Govt. of India
Receipt of 50% of the package value in advance, balance before 7 Days arrival
The payment should be made by ONLINE TRANSFER NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / PAYTM / UPI Payments, CASH DEPOSIT or CHEQUE DEPOSIT OF SAME BANK ONLY,
WE ACCEPT ALL CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD (T&C applicable *)

Rail / Bus / Airways
Jai Ganesh Tours & Travels is only a ticket booking agent. It does not operate any such services of its own. Departure times and prices to customers, we have tied up with such services. Jai Ganesh Tours & Travels advice to customers is to choose best they are Aware of and whose service they are comfortable with. Any issues or grievances related to travel or operator will be entertained within 7 days of post journey.

Jai Ganesh Tours & Travels is responsible for
Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus / Railways and Airways. companies) through Seat seller (Redbus), IRCTC, ITZ Meriyatra and MSRTC.
Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / Inconvenience.

Jai Ganesh Tours & Travels is not responsible for
The BUS / Train / Flight not departing / reaching on time
The BUS / Train / Flight employees being rude
The BUS / Train / Flight seats etc not being up to the customer’s Expectation
The BUS / Train / Flight cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
Any losses during journey.

Rent- a- Car / Bus :-
We are providing safe and secured journey.
Inside of cab or bus smoking is fully prohibited.
(In case of cab) Journey time should be 06.00 to 23.30, there after we will charge for next day.
We never recommend overnight journey.
Photo ID must be produce before starting journey in case of outsider’s passenger from Pune.

Packages:-
The given itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those Services, which are charged from the guest. All other services, which are not paid by the guest to the Company, are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Check in and checkout timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company is not neither responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. All the Disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction only. Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

दिलेला टुर प्लान हा अंदाजे प्लान असुन त्यात केव्हाही बदल होऊ शकतात. आमची कंपनी फ़क्त ज्या सेवेसाठी पैसे घेते त्याचीच जबाबदारी स्विकारते, इतर कोणत्याही पैसे न घेतलेल्या सेवेची जबाबदारी हि ग्राहकाचीच राहिल त्यासाठी आम्ही बांधील नाहि आहोत. हॉटेलच्या चेकइन चेक आऊट वेळेत आम्ही कोणत्याही प्रकारचा बदल करु शकत नाही, ते हॉटेलच्या नियमानुसार बंधनकारक राहील.कंपनीने कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या चोरी, दरोडा, अपघात, नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, वाढीव टूरचा खर्च, मेडीकलचा खर्च इत्यादी प्रकारची नुकसान भरपाई देण्यास बंधनकारक नसेल. कोणत्याही प्रकारची तक्रार करावयाची झाल्यास अधिकृत अधिकारी यांच्याशी संपर्क साधावा.कोणत्याही प्रकारचे वाद हे फ़क्त पुणे न्यायालयाधिन असतील याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.

दिया गया टुर प्लान एक अंदाजा है उसमे कोईभी बदलाव किये जा सकते है। हम सिर्फ़ उसीकी जिम्मेदारी लेते जिस सेवाका हम मुल्य लेते है, इसके अलावा जो भी सेवा ग्राहक लेना चाहे वो अपने खुदके जिम्मेदारीपे ले सकते है, उसके लिये हमपे कोईभी बंधन नही होगा। हॉटेल के चेकइन और चेक आऊट समयमे हम कुछभी बदलाव नही कर सकते, वो सब हॉटेल के नियमोंपर निर्भर रहेगा। हमारी कंपनी किसीभी प्रकार के चोरी, डकैत, अपघात, नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, बढा हुवा टूरका खर्चा, मेडीकल का खर्चा देने का हमपे कोईभी बंधन नही होगा। अगर कोईभी शिकायत करनी हो तो हमारे अधिकृत अधिकारी से संपर्क करे। सभी प्रकारके वाद विवाद पुणे की न्यायकक्षामे प्रविष्ट होंगे ।
